Vacation rentals: the local context

Ostuni, the famous 'White City', is one of the symbolic destinations of Apulia and the Itria Valley, with its whitewashed historic centre perched on the hill and a countryside dotted with masserie and centuries-old olive trees. Between crystal-clear sea, villages like Cisternino and Locorotondo and high-end international tourism, short-term rentals see very strong demand during the long summer season. Managing a property in this context takes constant attention: frequent check-ins, fast turnovers between guests and practical knowledge of the area. With hostbudd you can find co-hosts, cleaners and maintenance professionals working directly in Ostuni and across the Itria Valley, so you can maximise your reviews and occupancy rate by entrusting day-to-day management to local professionals who genuinely understand the market.
