Vacation rentals: the local context

Sorrento is one of the jewels of international tourism in Campania and one of the most profitable destinations for short-term rentals: overlooking the Gulf of Naples, it is the gateway to the Amalfi Coast, the Sorrento Peninsula and the islands of Capri and Ischia. Tourist flows are very high throughout the long season from spring to autumn, with a demanding international clientele. Managing a property in this context takes constant attention and high standards: frequent check-ins, fast turnovers between guests and practical knowledge of the coastal area. With hostbudd you can find co-hosts, cleaners and maintenance professionals working directly in Sorrento and the surrounding area, so you can maximise your reviews and occupancy rate by entrusting day-to-day management to local professionals who genuinely understand the market.
